Chantz with her first book, Puertas, after printing at American Book Center, Amsterdam

The Where and When of my next visits / readings / fav places to shop

I did a reading and attended a wonderful Queer Poetry Nite last night at Pakhuis de Zwijger, Amsterdam, hosted by Tuaca. Thank you to the audience who gave my piece from my book Puertas, a warm round of applause. A creative and inspiring night!

Speaking of my book, Puertas just got its last printing from the ABC book center.

ABC will no longer print and self publish books for budding authors like me, I am so grateful to Maria at ABC, using her beautiful colors when printing my 6 or so books over the years. Thank you!

But wait! My books are still available in Amsterdam!

My books, Puertas and Cocktales are available in Amsterdam from the gem bookstore San-serriffe in the Red Light District.

All my books are available in Europe, USA and worldwide from these sites: Bookshop.org (that help libraries too), Barnes and Noble, and your local independant book stores, and Amazon.

Keep an eye out for my next book of LGBTQ+ novelette collection: (still…the collection without a name)

Watch this space!

Huge thanks again for your encouragement and of course, purchases!

STILL TO COME on Dec 21!

I will be attending the 9 year anniversary Rebirth, at Labyrinth Poetry night on December 21 at 19:00

Tickets may still be available. Be quick to see this unique evening of poetry and more….Click this link for tickets. Labyrinth Hope to see you there!

Celebrating 9 Years of Labyrinth — Sunday December 21

On the longest night of the year, when darkness reaches its peak before giving way to light, we gather at Labyrinth to honour a moment of rebirth — for the world, for the soul, and for our community.
This winter solstice marks nine years of Labyrinth — nine years of poetry, flavors, rhythm, and connection.

To celebrate, we bring together the voices who have shaped our Open Mic Mondays: the hosts who have carried stories, songs, and energy through every season.
Line Up: Tuaca Kelly, Manjit Krishna Kaur, Kevin_Ahn Kwang Soo_ Groen, Tatende Chimhanda, Jamie Rhiannon, Jaclyn Rose, Paula Breuning, Andrew P. Dillon

Let the evening unfold like a ritual of renewal —
where cocktails meet verse,
soul food stirs memory,
and poetry opens a doorway to light.

Join us for an intimate night of artistry and warmth as we raise a glass to nine years of creativity, community, and heart — and to the brighter days ahead.

End of an Era…

This goes out to the American Book Center, for printing my books:

Puertas, Cocktales and Alex and Cleo.

These books were printed by Maria the artist behind the Espresso Book Machine (EBM), affectionately known as Betty, at ABC.

I wave a sad goodbye yet my heart swells in gratitude!

A few of my books may still available from ABC I think, but no longer available as printed by ABC. Is best to pop in or go online, and search my name on ABC

Two of my books, Puertas and Cocktales are available in Amsterdam from the gem bookstore San-serriffe in the Red Light District.

All my books are available in Europe, USA and the world from these sites: Bookshop.org (that help libraries too), Barnes and Noble, and your local independant book stores, and Amazon.
